  • Fresh shrimps (half bag of safeway shrimps)
  • Costco organic old tofu
  • Zhengliang Vermicelli (Sweet Potato Vermicelli)
  • Fresh Chinese cabbage
  • Korean fish intestines
  • three eggs
  • Northeastern black fungus

Step one:

prepare ingredientsFirst, wash and prepare all the ingredients. Peel the shrimps (marine with salt, white pepper and lemon juice), cut the tofu into cubes (fry in the air fryer at 400℉ for 20 minutes), cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, cut the fish intestines into sections, fry three eggs, and soak the fungus until soft.
