Just mix all the ingredients in order and you're good to go! Putting it directly into the oven does not require a water bath method, what is needed is this burnt look.
Original Basque ingredients needed:
Cream cheese 350g
3 eggs (two whole eggs + one yolk)
180g light cream (you can also use thick coconut milk instead)
Cornstarch 13g
75g of granulated sugar (sugar can be reduced to 55g)
20g white chocolate
The method is simple:
After the cream cheese is melted at room temperature or in insulating water, add sugar and stir until smooth, then add the eggs one by one and stir well. After the white chocolate melts in water, add the whipped cream and stir well. After cooling down, pour it into the previous cheese paste. Finally, sift in the cornstarch and stir well, and it’s done. If you want to eat more silky, you need to sift the cake batter again.
Preheat the oven to 430F, spread the 6-inch cake mold with oil paper, and pour the batter. Shake for air bubbles before going into the oven. My oven baked for 35 minutes + boil for 5 minutes to color. After you take it out, you must wait for it to cool before putting it in the refrigerator to refrigerate. It is best to refrigerate it overnight before eating~
If you want to look good, you can send some whipped cream and add some strawberries 🍓 for decoration.
