Ingredients needed:

Sago — 50g
Mangoes — 2
Coconut milk — 200g
Milk — 100g
Process:
1. Boil the water in the small pot, pour in the sago, the amount of water is more than the sago, cook the sago on medium-low heat, stir while cooking, turn off the heat when the sago has only a little white core in the middle
2. Cover the lid and turn off the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sago is completely transparent, filter, pour cold water to rinse off the mucus, and refrigerate for later use

3. Cut the mango, put a cross in the middle, then put the mango flesh into the cooking machine, leave a little for decoration

4. Add coconut milk, you can add appropriate amount of fine sugar or condensed milk according to each person's taste, and stir well with a cooking machine

5. Put the mango pulp in a small bowl, then add sago, stir well
