Instructions

Today I made a stir-fried vegetable stick that surprised the whole family.

It’s really huge and delicious! Finished everything in one plate (even the child’s father finished it before he got home)

Not only is the color beautiful, it’s also super easy to make!

Come and do it with me below!

Ingredients needed:

2-4 potatoes, a handful of beans, 1 carrot, 2 cloves of garlic, appropriate amount of dried chili pepper, Soy sauce, salt, sugar

Cooking methods:

1. Cut all the vegetables into strips, add a little salt to the pot in cold water, boil the water for about 5 minutes and take them out.

2. Rinse the blanched vegetables with cold water and drain

3. Sauté the garlic slices and dried chili until fragrant, add the vegetables and stir-fry until the potatoes are golden brown.

4. Pour in soy sauce, salt and sugar, stir-fry and serve

*The dried chilies I use are devil peppers, which are spicier. If you use ordinary chili peppers, you can add more as appropriate.

**The purpose of boiling in advance is to shorten the cooking time, so that the vegetables cook faster and shorten the cooking time; add more oil so that the potatoes can be fried golden!

Super simple, delicious and nutritious stir-fried vegetables are the best!
