• I don't know what to pair with red pepper. I just thought of it when I saw my friend use it to stir-fry halal beef a few days ago.
• Red peppers are naturally sweet so there is no need to add sugar to the dish afterwards.
• Ingredients: onion, red pepper, coriander
• Seasoning: 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp chicken powder, 1 tsp avocado oil, 1 tsp pepper, some oil
• Assisted ingredients: cornstarch 2 teaspoons
• Step:
1. Marinate the raw halal beef with salt, oil and cornstarch for 15 minutes
2. Blanch the halal beef twice in boiling water until it is half-cooked
3. Heat the pan with cold oil and stir-fry the ingredients until fragrant. After a few minutes, add the beef and stir fry
4. Add seasoning
5. Fry for another 5-10 minutes
