It's very simple

✅Add soy sauce and dark soy sauce (add salty soy sauce to light soy sauce and use less old soy sauce for coloring)

✅You can add a little vinegar (only for boiled dishes)

This basic soup base is done.

1. If it is boiled vegetables series (boiled beef, boiled fish, etc.)
