- Dry ingredients:
All-purpose flour: 200g
Sugar: 10g
Salt: 5g
Baking powder: 6g
Cheese powder: 5g
- Wet material:
one egg
Milk: 15g
Light cream: 65g
Butter: 65g
- Nut
Any kind of cashew nuts, walnuts, peanuts
- Spices
Rosemary, chopped basil, shallots
black pepper, pepper powder, garlic powder
Cut the butter into small pieces and freeze. Mix all the dry ingredients evenly with an egg or chopsticks, add frozen butter, and rub it into a sandy shape with your hands


Add spices and mix well.
The mixed liquid is added to the flour, and a small part is reserved for brushing the surface.
Gently knead the dough with your fingers to form a ball. Be careful not to knead and press the dough as it will affect the fluffiness.
Use a scraper to help shape the dough, flatten it gently, cut it in half, stack the two pieces of dough, flatten it again, cut it in half, repeat the whole process three times, and finally arrange it into a rectangle, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for one hour.
Once frozen, preheat oven to 360°F.
Cut the dough into pieces with a knife or use a mold, brush the reserved liquid on the surface, be careful not to brush the cut surface.
360 degrees Fahrenheit, bake for 20 minutes.
