🍵Eating experience
I use 200ml of coffee to brew matcha latte powder. It is not too sweet, and has a faint matcha fragrance. I like this taste😍 Personally, I feel that brewing directly with water will be a bit sweet.
I also made a matcha cake roll with a pack of matcha latte powder. It was the first time I made a cake roll (please ignore the cracked roll🤫).
1 bag of matcha latte powder, 55g of low-gluten flour, 5 eggs (separate the egg white and yolk, put the egg white in the refrigerator to form a thin layer of ice), 50g of butter, 70g of milk, 50g of sugar, a little lemon juice, cream.
Matcha Yolk Paste
Heat the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds (about 60 degrees), add matcha latte powder and mix well, sift in the low powder, pour in milk, and mix well with the egg yolk, the state becomes smooth and flowable, and the taste is sifted again will be more delicate.
Whipped meringue
Take out the egg white with a thin layer of ice from the refrigerator, add a little lemon juice and add sugar in 3 batches, the final state will stay on the scraper and will not flow down.
Put a little egg white into the egg yolk batter and mix well, then pour the egg yolk batter into the protein batter and continue to mix evenly, pour it into a 28*28 greased paper baking pan, and gently shake out the air bubbles.
Preheat the oven at 300F° and bake for 30 minutes, take out and spread a layer of oil paper on the surface of the cake embryo, flip the buckle off the mold and tear off the bottom oil paper, after cooling, spread the whipped cream, and cut off the outside of the cake to be rolled up at an angle of 45° Roll it up a little bit and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set.
