🍍 Pineapple Cake 🍍 New Year's Homemade Snacks
60g powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
Low gluten flour 280g
Milk powder 20g
300g pineapple filling (10g each)
1️. After the butter is softened, beat it evenly by hand, add the sifted powdered sugar and mix well.
2️. Add in egg yolk and mix well again.
3️. Add the sifted flour and milk powder, mix well. (If there is no powder, don't mix for too long) Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to rest for 10 minutes.
4️. Divide the dough into 18g each, and shape into a slightly round shape, pineapple filling 10g, leaves 2g.
5️. Put the dough into the pineapple filling, put the leaves first, then put the pineapple filling into a small ball, press the shape and put it on the baking tray.
6️. Preheat the oven at 300 degrees, bake for 10 minutes, take it out and let it cool, coat with egg liquid and bake for another 25 minutes (middle layer) without turning on the fan.
