Instructions

This cake can also be eaten during the fat loss period. I don’t have butter for this cake, and I don’t need to whip it. It’s really simple to make. Please give it a try!

practice:

1. First mix corn oil, sugar, eggs and milk. Then sift in the pre-mixed low-gluten flour, baking powder and matcha powder, and mix well. Finally add honey red beans and mix well.

2. Pour into a mold lined with oiled paper, sprinkle coconut grated on the surface, bake at 330 degrees for 35 minutes, cover with tin foil for the last 10 minutes.

Is it easy to do? The overall taste is relatively fresh, not too sweet, with a hint of matcha flavor and coconut aroma. I didn't expect it would go well with coconut milk. Paired with a cup of coffee, it’s an exquisite afternoon tea☕
