Instructions

Delicious Homemade Cranberry Fruit Jam

I bought a pack of cranberries that I couldn’t eat raw. It was a pity to lose them, so I decided to make cranberry jam. Unexpectedly, I was a big success on my first try!

Ingredients:

1. Organic cranberry 12 oz

2. Organic blueberries (optional)

3. Organic strawberries (optional)

4. Half a lemon

5. Organic coconut sugar (can be replaced with organic sugar cane, honey or anything else)

Steps:

1. Dice the strawberries, mix a bunch of fruits together and soak in salt water to clean.

2. Pour out the salt water, squeeze half a lemon into the fruit, and grasp it evenly (actually, I don’t know if it will affect whether it is grasped evenly, but because I squeezed a lemon core into it, I have to dig it out)

3. Add coconut sugar (add according to your mood, I like the taste of the fruit itself so I don’t add a lot), mix well

4. Add a little bit of purified water

5. Turn up the heat to boiling, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer slowly, stirring until thickened. Turn off the heat. It will become more viscous as it cools to room temperature.

6. When it is almost cooled, you can put it into a fresh-keeping lunch box and store it in the refrigerator. It only takes less than 20 minutes to complete this series (but washing the pot takes a little longer...), and it is really cheap and reliable compared to the ones sold outside. Next time I will use Costco's large package of frozen fruit to make some other jams. Save more money.
