This recipe is so fluffy and delicious! This recipe is a banana cake with less oil and less sugar. The ingredients are very healthy, and it is much more delicious than the oil-free ones made before.
Mix the following ingredients in a large bowl in order
1. 37g olive oil
2. an organic egg
3. 30g organic brown sugar (can be reduced completely)
4. A large organic banana (120g)
5. 550g milk
6. 1/2 tsp baking soda (note that baking soda is not baking powder) 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla beans

Finally, pour in 120g flour (80g oat flour plus 40g all purpose flour) and stir until there is no more flour. Put it in the mold and sprinkle with chopped walnuts!
Air fryer 325F 25 min, or oven 330F 45 min.
