Halal Small Biscuits

Halal Small Biscuits

Small biscuits are a great snack for babies. They are easy to eat and they can be easily consumed by babies with little teeth. They are also good for the baby’s digestion, as they provide the necessary fiber that is needed for a developing digestive system. Halal food is food that is permissible according to Islamic law. Halal means permissible in Arabic and it usually refers to what’s allowed by Islamic dietary guidelines. Halal recipes usually include meat or poultry that has been slaughtered in accordance with Islamic law, dairy products, vegetables and fruits that have been certified as halal, and water and herbs that have been certified as halal.

Instructions

I have been buying small cookie molds for a long time, and I have been too lazy to make them. This time I finally put them on the agenda.

Raw materials:

75g unsalted butter, 150g flour, one egg.

Step 1: Soften butter at room temperature.

Step 2: Sift in the flour, add the egg mixture in two batches, and knead into a dough.

Step 3: Roll out into round cakes and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 4: Use the mold to make the shape.

Step 5: Preheat the oven to 285°F and bake for 20-30 minutes.
