Ingredients:
-1/2 pound of squid
-1/2 pound of shrimp
-3 cups of mixed vegetables (carrots, celery, cabbage)
-3 tablespoons of soy sauce

-1/2 of a large yellow onion
-3 green onions
-3 cloves of garlic

Instructions on how to make halal seafood pot:
-In a large pot, heat the oil on medium-high heat
-Add the onion and garlic and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes
-Add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and stir in vegetable stock
-Add the sugar, soy sauce, tomato paste, fish sauce, and salt
-Stir in shrimp and noodles and let simmer for 20 minutes
-In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the green onions and scallions to give it a fresh flavor
