165g low-gluten flour

an egg

black tea 5-6g (about one and a half packs, the powder inside is actually quite fine)

Instructions

Many people find themselves looking for a snack that is not only delicious but also healthy. This recipe is perfect for those who are looking for a high protein, low fat, low sugar snack option.

125g softened butter

50g powdered sugar

165g low-gluten flour

an egg

black tea 5-6g (about one and a half packs, the powder inside is actually quite fine)

The method is the same as the old way soften the butter and add powdered sugar with an egg beater to form a feathery shape, beat the egg liquid and add it in 2-3 times and continue to beat. Sift the flour into the sugar-oil mixture and press evenly with a soft spatula. Bake bagged cookies at 340F for about 20 minutes. I checked my oven back and forth 3 times to make sure that the color is cooked. If it is not cooked, you can continue to add a few minutes to continue checking.
