The halal open breakfast sandwich is a type of sandwich that is usually served for breakfast. I have always loved making open breakfast sandwiches, feel free to mix and match your favorite ingredients. It is also very simple to make, it is not only delicious but also nutritious.
There are 4 different combinations of sandwiches I would like to share:
🥪 Okra + Shrimp
🥪 Slippery egg + asparagus
🥪Mushroom + Shrimp
🥪Yogurt + fruit
✔️Peel the shelled shrimp and remove the shrimp line, add a little oil in a pan, add ✔️ shrimp and asparagus and fry until cooked, sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper to taste
✔️Fry the mushrooms in the same way after they are sliced
✔️Boil the okra in boiling water with salt and oil and cut it in half
✔️ Beat eggs with milk, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper after frying
Apply a thin layer of butter and bake in the oven for 2 minutes, then assemble the sandwiches, which can be matched as you like.
The combination of fruit flavors is more personal, smeared with yogurt, and put whatever fruit you like to eat, the combination of sweet and sour is very appetizing.
