Red bean matcha is always the best CP (no refutation is supported), and the bagels combined by the two of them are quite delicious
All-purpose flour: 300 grams
Water: 175 grams
Matcha powder: 10 grams
Honey/Syrup: 12 grams
Salt: 4 grams
Yeast: 3 grams
Red bean paste: 120 grams
Mix all the ingredients and knead them into a dough, average six equal parts, knead the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes
Six equal portions of red bean paste, knead into strips for later use
Take out the wake-up dough, roll it into a rectangle, put red bean filling on it and roll it up, roll one side into a fan shape and wrap the other side, close the mouth tightly
Put in the oven for half an hour
Boil the water until there are small bubbles, put the bagels in the pot and cook for 20 seconds on each side
Oven at 400F, bake for 17 minutes, cover with tinfoil when baked for 10 minutes
