I made this Garlic Butter Honey Chicken Wings today. It’s so delicious that it sucks fingers, the skin is so crispy that it falls apart, and the inside is soft and juicy, wrapped in garlic and honey. Children and adults like it, and the recipe is super simple.

Chicken wings: 6
Marinade: 1g salt, 1g black pepper

Sauce: 20g butter, 20g minced garlic, 15g soy sauce, 30g honey
Soak the chicken wings in clean water for 1 hour to soak the blood, drain the water, and dry it with kitchen paper.Add the chicken wings to the marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight.
Coat chicken wings with cornstarch, then shake off excess starch.

Heat oil in a pan, add chicken wings, cover, and fry over low heat until the chicken wings are crispy and golden on both sides, about 10-12 minutes, turn over in the middle

Add butter to the steel to melt, add unfried garlic until fragrant, add soy sauce, bee honey and mix well.

Add the fried chicken wings and mix well, sprinkle with chopped parsley and take out of the pan.
