150g milk
Milk powder (optional) 8g

Yeast 2.5g
Whole egg liquid 35g (don’t throw away the remaining egg liquid, it can be used for topping at the end)
Butter 20g
Appropriate amount of black sesame powder and grains (no powder is fine, it is better to put some black sesame grains)
Black sesame sandwich part:
Appropriate amount of black sesame paste
Appropriate amount of sugar (black sesame paste is not sweet, you need to add sugar, according to your own taste)
🌟Steps (I forgot to take a picture of the steps this time)
1. Once the bread machine is turned on, take out the dough ingredients, take out the exhaust and wake up for 10 minutes
2. Make black sesame filling, put 2-3 tablespoons of black sesame paste, add some sugar and stir, you can taste the taste, adjust the appropriate sweetness according to your own taste
3. Divide the dough into two halves, roll out the rectangle, spread the black sesame filling on it, pay attention to leave some gaps at the end, roll it up and squeeze it tightly
4. After the two doughs are rolled separately, they can be twisted together to form a braided shape (you can also directly bake it without twisting)
5. After about 50 minutes of room temperature for the second time, brush the remaining egg liquid and sprinkle with an appropriate amount of cooked black sesame seeds
6. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, bake for 22-30 minutes (the time to roll together is longer, and the time to bake separately is shorter), and if you are satisfied with the color, remember to cover with tin foil
