1️. Chop up all the vegetables, add salt, five-spice powder and eggs, and add a little water to make a batter to make sure that all the ingredients are coated with egg liquid. One egg is enough for this pot

2️. Heat oil in a pan, pour the vegetable egg liquid and spread it evenly, not too thick, because there is no need to turn over.

3️. Sprinkle sesame seeds, chopped parsley, chopped basil, or black pepper while frying. You can sprinkle any seasoning you like, and I also added some capers.

4️. Fry over low heat until the edges are golden brown, and there is no liquid on the omelette, then turn off the heat.Leave the cast iron pan on for a while after turning off the heat to allow the water to evaporate more thoroughly. Done in 10 minutes.
