Ingredients

【cake body】

About 226g of cream cheese (the low-fat version I use, picture 4, needs to be taken out of the refrigerator in advance to soften)

40g caster sugar (has been halved, any less will not be sweet enough)

2 eggs

About 70g yogurt (you can use sugar-free skimmed yogurt)

A few drops of lemon juice (optional)

Appropriate amount of surface decoration dessert (optional, the cake is also delicious to eat directly)

【Cake base】

About 100g crushed Oreos (about 12-13 Oreos)

20g butter (with or without salt, it needs to be melted in advance)

Instructions

Continue to share Valentine’s Day dessert strategy 🍰 This is the classic original heavy cheese that I often make for my teammates. I rely on it for various festivals and anniversaries 💕 It’s a very versatile recipe. You can change it to durian heavy cheese and matcha heavy cheese Cheese and other flavors~

🌟Ingredients: (6-inch size, double the material for 8-inch)

🌟Steps:

1. Scrape off the center of the Oreo biscuit, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and crush it with a rolling pin, add 20g of melted butter and mix well (the butter can be melted in the microwave for 20 seconds);

2. Cut two pieces of oil paper, one is a round pad with the same size as the mold on the bottom of the mold, and the other long strip is pasted around the inside of the mold (for easy demoulding), or directly use the air fryer pad like me Lay the paper; then pour the mixed Oreo biscuit into the mold with the help of a spoon, compact it and put it in the freezer;

3. Cream cheese is taken out in advance to soften, then cut into small pieces, add fine sugar, stir with an electric egg beater at low speed until smooth and free of particles (about 1 minute);

4. Add eggs (one by one), mix well;

5. Add yogurt and lemon juice (optional), stir evenly and pour into the mold (take the mold out of the freezer);

6. use a live-bottom mold, so be sure to wrap the bottom of the mold tightly with tin foil. We generally use a water bath method to make cheesecakes, so as to prevent water from entering;

7. Put the mold into a deeper baking tray, pour warm water (⚠️The water level should not exceed the height of the tin foil); preheat the oven at 155 degrees Celsius/310 degrees Fahrenheit, and bake in a water bath for about 90 minutes (if it is 8 inch to increase the baking time as appropriate);

8. Take out the cake after it comes out of the oven. At this time, the surface has been finalized. Decorate with appropriate amount of wafers, oatmeal, fruit, dried chocolate, etc. (you can leave nothing if you like);

9. You're done! Color looks great! After the room temperature is cooled, it can be unmoulded, and the taste is better if it is refrigerated for more than 4 hours/overnight!

🌟Super strong cheese flavor, not too sweet, much more delicious than the ones bought outside! The butter and sugar have also been reduced, which is a healthier version! It's Valentine's Day, hurry up and make it for your dear TA ❤️
