Today, I finally ate the mango sticky rice that I was thinking about making.
You know I especially like food around coconuts. Coconut milk paired with this world's best mango is really delicious.
✔️The rice this time is black rice➕glutinous rice (1:1), and the rice is cooked in a rice cooker
✔️Pour 150g coconut milk + 10g sugar + a pinch of sea salt + 3 pandang leaves into the pot and cook until the sugar is combined, cover and simmer for a while
✔️ Take a small bowl and pack a portion of black rice
✔️Pour in the boiled coconut milk and mix well (add the amount of coconut milk as you like, if you like it thicker, add more, I poured about 50 grams)
✔️Then you can start setting the plate, cut half a mango, and pour some coconut milk on it when eating
🌟Tips:The amount of coconut milk here can make two servings. If you can’t buy pandang leaves, you can ignore it (if there are some, the taste will be more fragrant)
