When I was a kid, I went to my grandma's house to play, and the happiest thing was to see her take out her magic big tin can and ask me "Are you hungry? Let's eat something to cushion first". This sentence seems to have a conditioned reflex function, which makes my saliva secrete wildly. Grandma's big magic tin contains all kinds of treasures: creamy peanuts, fennel beans, scallion biscuits, Chinese walnut crispy cookies... small bags of small bags stacked on top of each other. I picked up this bag and put down the other, not knowing where to start. The peach cake is always big, I always break a small piece first, thinking about saving my stomach to eat the rest. However, when the "sweet and crispy" reverberates throughout the mouth, one piece will always follow another, and then the whole piece will disappear😂
🥧Basic ingredients:
Low-gluten flour: 100g
Vegetable oil: 50g
egg yolk: 1
White sugar: 40g
Salt: 1g
Aluminum-free baking powder: 1/4tsp
Baking soda powder: 1/4tsp
👩🏻🍳Basic steps:
Whisk together vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and egg yolks
Sift together low-gluten flour, baking powder, and baking soda
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and knead the dough by "turning over and pressing down on the spatula" until there is no dry powder
Divide the dough into 6-7 portions and press lightly in the middle with your thumb (it is normal for cracks around the edges, as long as they don’t fall apart)
Brush a thin layer of whole egg liquid on the skin (can be omitted), sprinkle with black sesame/white sesame
Preheat the oven to 180C and bake for about 15 minutes (the power of each oven is different, pay attention to the coloring)
