2 tbsp flour -optional, if desired can substitute with corn flakes to adjust richer flavor

(combination) red and green peppers, chopped

fresh ginger - peeled and grated or 1 tsp powdered ginger

curry (adjust curry powder to taste) – varying amounts [any combination that suits your preference] to 1 tbsp cumin powder and ½ tsp salt 

8 tsp turmeric powder
