Instructions

I’ve been really into making cakes lately, so it’s good to try a few more during the holidays! This is the easiest one I’ve made recently! Take it out and take a photo of this wiggly cake. It feels very good!

Castella Cake

🍇Ingredients: 5 eggs, 70g low-gluten flour, 60g corn oil, 60g milk, 50g white sugar, black chocolate, lemon juice

🍇Preparation method: sift the low-gluten flour into a bowl, heat the corn oil in the microwave for 1 minute, pour into the low-gluten flour, stir until there is no dry powder, pour in the milk, continue to stir evenly, the flour will become thicker and thicker

🍇Separate the egg whites and egg yolks, beat the egg yolks directly into the batter, and beat the egg whites into a basin (a basin that can be used for whipping)

🍇Continue to stir the batter until it becomes smooth and fluid.

🍇Add a little lemon juice to the egg whites, add the sugar and beat with a whisk, as long as it has a large curved hook, as shown in the picture

🍇Pour the batter into a container that can be placed in the oven!

Pour the batter into the mold

🍇Sprinkle black chocolate on top and put it in the oven!

Sprinkle dark chocolate

🍇Bake in the oven at 284 degrees Fahrenheit for 75 minutes, using the bath water method! Cover it with tin foil during the last 20 minutes to prevent it from burning!

If you like it, give it a try. It’s quite simple!
