-chopped green onions (three-quarters cup)

-chopped garlic(three-tablespoon)

-chopped ginger (3 tablespoons)

-sea salt (1 teaspoon)

-chili pepper powder to taste

-prawns (1½ pounds)

-soy sauce (30 grams or 2 tablespoons)

-water (1 tablespoon)

-sugar (half nonstick pot syrup or 2 tablespoons).

Sauce mixture:

2 tablespoons of soy sauce + 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce + a half spoon of vinegar + 1 spoon of ketchup and mix them all together.

Instructions

Braised prawns with a good taste after chili, salt, and sugar.

Ingredients: -chopped green onions(three-quarters cup) -chopped garlic(three-tablespoon) -chopped ginger (3 tablespoons) -sea salt (1 teaspoon) -chili pepper powder to taste (Transparent glass spoonful partly stirred the powder is enough for cooking for 12 people; use caution when consuming), skinless succulent plump shrimp (1½ pounds), Han soy sauce (30 grams or 2 tablespoons) water (1 tablespoon), sugar (half nonstick pot syrup or 2 tablespoons).

Prepare the sauce:

2 tablespoons of soy sauce + 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce + a half spoon of vinegar + half spoon of white sugar + 1 spoon of ketchup and mix them all together.

Instructions:

Add 3 tablespoons of chopped green onion and 3 tablespoons of chopped garlic into the hot oil and cook until fragrance comes out, pour the shrimp into the nonstick pot and cook until color changes. Pour the sauce into the pan and stir fry with high heat for 2 minutes.

Add three tablespoons of hot water, put the lid on, and braise for two minutes with low heat. Turn the heat high to thicken and absorb the juice. Sprinkle chopped green onions on the dish before serving.
