Bibimbap is a mixed dish and it is also known as a "one bowl" meal, which means that the bowl contains all qualities of food life. It is also one of the halal recipes that I like.

Bibimbap is more than some rice mixed with kimchi and red pepper paste. It includes sauteed and fried vegetables like spinach, seaweed soup (a mixture of anchovies and vegetables), scrambled eggs, all different types of fish sauce or mushroom sauce, to finally be topped off with any available vegetable like cucumbers or carrots. You can choose which style you want your bibimbap rice served in - steamed rice or stone-baked rice.

Bibimbap is served in a bowl and mixed together by the eater forming a single continuous spoonful rather than individual grains (hence the name "bibimbap" which means "mixed rice" in Korean). Bibimbap is a typical dish of Korea with different shapes and tastes and is often served on a thermos-sized stone pot. It literally means mixing various ingredients together. Bibimbab gets its arrival in the present state all ready from the Joseon Dynasty, yet it can most likely be alluded to for centuries prior because of supposed references found in old Korean manuscripts or historical urban areas like the stone engravings found in Gureopji which date back to ninth century BC.
