I haven’t finished the 2 boxes of puff pastry I stocked up at Costco last time, so today I’m going to try something new and make 8 beef puff pastry tarts.
🌿Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
2 cans of puff pastry
8 slices cheese
Just the right amount of seasoning
👩🍳How to:
1️. First stir-fry the halal beef stuffing. According to personal taste, I have barbecue flavor this time: a tablespoon of butter, melt over medium heat, add minced beef and stir-fry, season appropriately, add 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon of yellow mustard Salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp coriander seed powder, 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce, stir-fry evenly until the beef changes color and is cooked, set aside;
2️. Preheat the oven to 375F;
3️. Put the puff pastry into the baking pan, put two triangular pieces of puff pastry together, expose the four corners upward, press lightly and shape slightly;
4️. Put a large spoonful of halal beef filling inside each and put a piece of cheese on top;
5️. Put it in the oven and bake for about 16 minutes, until the puff pastry is browned;
6️. Take it out and let it cool for 5 minutes. You can eat it with a few slices of pickled cucumber. The texture is rich and delicious~
