What makes the dish halal?

So what exactly makes a dish halal? We have the following conditions.

Simple :

1. No ((-OH), freaking google it )
2. No cute little oinkies
3. No predators (animals you probably don’t want to mess with)
4. Sanitary (trust me , some folks won’t even assume this, ikr)
5. The animal consumed must have been humanely processed, as painless as possible.
