Ingredients:
1 box of meringue, 30g of egg white, 60g of sugar,
Milk powder 2tbsp, a little powdered sugar (for sprinkling),
A little almond flour (for dusting only),A little shredded coconut,
Instructions:
1. Thaw the puff pastry according to the instructions until it is not hard
2. Make a mixture: 30g egg white + 60g sugar + 2tbsp milk powder
3. Spread the mixture on the puff pastry with a brush
4. Sprinkle sliced almonds and shredded coconut, brush with the mixture again, cut into strips
5. Oven at 350 degrees for five minutes, cover with tin foil
6. Remove the tin foil, 300 degrees for 30 minutes, turn over when there are 10 minutes left
7. Let cool and sprinkle with a layer of almond powder and a layer of powdered sugar
