I tried to put only 7 grams of halal gelatine powder, and it feels more tender and delicious, but it is not easy to shape and most of them are broken. This time, it is added to 10 grams for the sake of taking pictures, and it tastes more bouncy. You can decide according to your own preferences, or you can leave out the yogurt or add some coconut milk.
