Air fry sugar coated chestnut

November 4, 2022
An air fryer is a kitchen appliance that cooks food by circulating hot air around the food. It uses less oil than frying and is healthier for you. The sugar-coated chestnut was a dessert that I used to make when I was younger, but it has been many years since I have made them. I had never thought of making this dish in an air fryer before, but now that I have seen this recipe, it might be something to try out.

1. Wash the chestnuts

2. Cut the chestnuts into a mouth

3. Boil the chestnuts in cold water for 30 minutes. If you like, you can cook them longer to make them softer and more glutinous.

4. Chestnuts control dry moisture, prepare tin foil for air fryer

5. Mix honey and oil in a 1:1 amount (you can add sugar in a ratio of 1:1:1 if you like sweetness) and evenly spread it on the opening of the chestnuts6. Bake the air fryer at 300 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. If you like a little burnt, you can adjust the temperature to 350 for about 10 to 15 minutes. Since the chestnuts are almost cooked, it just needs to be charred and dry, and that's it.
